Property and Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. They will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within the 5 days before arrival. The guest must make a prepayment of the cost of the first night after booking.

Terms and Conditions

Failure to comply with hotel policies, such as bringing pets, smoking, throwing parties, not respecting check-out time or silence hours, will be penalized with a charge of 100€ from the deposit. The price includes 10% VAT. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please note that the city government requires a photocopy of all guest’s identity document; we ask for your cooperation in presenting this before or upon arrival.
